Through a carefully woven journey of quantum healing hypnosis, sound healing, ritual, and reflective practices, you will be supported in releasing old stories, reconnecting with your inner truth, and setting a clear, aligned path forward.
This intimate immersion blends the wisdom of the body, the subconscious, and the energetic field to guide you through three key phases:

* Release - Gently uncover and clear limiting beliefs and past imprints through guided hypnosis and sound healing.
* Remember - Reconnect with your inner knowing, your voice, and your deeper purpose.
* Recreate - Anchor a focused intention and begin aligning your energy with the future you are ready to step into.
You will experience:
*Guided group hypnosis journeys (including past-life regression elements)
*Sound Healing to deepen and integrate your process
*Journaling and small group sharing for reflection and connection.
*Ritual practices including water alchemy and a fire release ceremony....we may integrate more elements.
